Block Quotes and Special Characters

After logging in, navigate to the webpage you want to edit, select the edit tab to access the edit overlay window.

Blockquote

To place text in a block quote, place your cursor within the text you want to format as a block quote, and then choose the block quote button on the toolbar.  To remove a block quote, place your cursor within the block quote text, and then choose the block quote button on the toolbar.

Insert Special Character

To insert a special character, place your cursor in the text where you want the special character to appear, and then choose the insert special character button on the toolbar.

If The Character You Want is Not in The Menu

You can add a character by entering the UTF-8 code into the “source” editor. You can find a list of UTF-8 Character codes here: https://www.w3schools.com/charsets/ref_html_utf8.asp.

For any character, you can insert the number between ‘&’ and ‘;’ for example:
