Normally attendee list display attendee name and guest.    Attendee list can be embedded in e-mails and can be displayed on the event registration site

However there may be a need to display additional fields such as class year on attendee list.

Note:  As iModule events at Cornell are public (unless set up to require log-in) attendee list for events can be searched by search engines such as Yahoo and Googgle.   If the event has a “Please Do Not Show on  Attendee List” on the field, any marked attendees will not be present on the public list.
