These entries will be populated into the AAD Email Calendar:
- One time emails (examples: save the dates, invites, reminders, letter to the board)
- Recurring emails (examples: monthly newsletter, weekly thank you)
The new Email Calendar will incorporate all emails from all AAD programs. This comprehensive calendar will allow staff to view all the emails being sent throughout the year regardless of the platform used. This gives us the ability to view all the communications sent by email across the division so we can collaborate even more on future communications.
As you create your annual work plans, we are confident you already know about 75% of your communications. Every program area has regular annual emails. Start documenting monthly newsletters, Reunion and Homecoming invites, student receptions, Giving Day, annual board meetings, etc.
