Maple Nature Trail: For a close-up view of the maple forest where we tap our trees and carry out applied research, visit the Uihlein Maple Research Forest and hike the Maple Nature Trail. This moderate 0.9 mile loop trail follows a meandering pathway through the sugarbush. On this trail you can view the trees we tap along with the tubing network used for connecting 7,000+ trees and transporting the sap down to our collection tanks for processing.
