Maple confections and new product opportunities workshop

Welcome to the maple confections virtual workshop

The first half of this workshop consists of self-guided learning materials linked in the three sessions below.  This will be followed by a zoom discussion session on September 30th at 7pm.  In order to join the zoom, follow the link at the bottom of the page.  You may join by either computer or phone. If you have questions, contact Aaron Wightman at arw6@cornell.edu.

Workshop session 2: Confection basics and new product opportunity presentation

This session features a PowerPoint presentation with audio narration accompanying each slide.  To play the presentation, open the file and select the SLIDE SHOW tab on the top menu.  If you want the slideshow to play automatically, select the “Use Timings” box just below the tab.  If you wish to advance your slides manually, unselect this box and use the arrow key to advance slides.  If you do not have access to PowerPoint, the presentation is also available as a PDF with text instead of audio.
