The last 11 years include six drought years (2012, 2016, 2018, and 2020 through 2022), three wet years (2011, 2013, and 2017), and four years labelled normal (2010, 2014, 2015, 2019) determined by May-June rainfall (less than 7.5 inches in drought years, 10 or more inches in wet years).
