Pura Still, spiked still water, tested at Cornell Sensory Evaluation Center summer 2018, is now on the market.

Flavored water is a big trend, with global market almost doubling in size from $6.5 billion in 2013 to $10.3 billion in 2018 (as reported by Euromonitor International).  One of the flavored water products tested at the Sensory Evaluation Center in the summer of 2018 was the spiked still water, a low-alcohol (at 4.5% ABV) twist on the trend.  It was developed by The Pura Beverage Company, located in Rochester NY.   The product has been launched by the manufacturer and is now available in the stores.
