Kale Research November update

kale-nov

We have successfully completed the Phase 1 of the Research (Kale Consumer Qualitative Study) end of September and are working on the report to share with our sponsors before the Winter break.  Hannah presented the research methodology overview at CIFS-IPP 1st Field Day (October 27th, 2016) in Geneva, NY.

For the latest update on the Kale Research, please check out the article featured on CALS News website:

Sensory Evaluation Center and Plant Sciences are planning a large-scale consumer survey later this Winter.  If you or your friends/family are kale-enthusiasts and would like to help us test and create better kale varieties, please sign up to be on the Center’s mailing list for future Kale studies and Kale study updates.  (You don’t have to live in Ithaca to participate!)  Thank you!
