Sustained trap catch has been reached in Orleans county today June 27th, in both a raspberry and a cherry block.
We also trapped multiple SWD in Niagara county, in both cherry and blueberry plantings. These do not technically count as "sustained trap catch", because the previous catch at these locations was on June 1st. However, it is a definite indication that SWD is present and breeding in Niagara as well as Orleans county.
