On Monday April 18th at approximately 5pm Eastern, following a brilliant presentation and defense of her dissertation, Dr. Adriana Hernandez was awarded her PhD in Plant Biology.
During our celebration, Dra. Hernandez received word that she’d been offered an interview for the Exequiel Escurra Director of Conservation Biology at the San Diego Natural History Museum, a newly formed and endowed position where she would take on the role of transforming the Museum’s ability to have a direct impact on the conservation of Southern CA and Baja CA ecosystems….
