The webinar was a follow up to the well-attended SNP calling webinar in Fall of 2020. The downstream analyses focused on tree inference using maximum likelihood, Bayesian, and Neighbor Net. Additional analyses covered included PCA, Structure, Isolation by Distance, and GWAS.
