At home, you can decide your workout routine. This includes the duration, intensity and type of exercise. You can discuss with your healthcare professionals to choose a fitness program that fits you. Listen to your body

The benefit of home exercise is you can simply pause the video for a minute, grab a drink and then come back later. If you feel tired, you can stop at any time.
