How much time do you spend making breakfast in the morning? We all know that morning time can get crazy. Here is a way to make some extra time in the morning by spending less than a minute the night before. Hard to believe? Well, it’s true. The secret is soaking.

All you need is a jar or a bowl. Throw in some oats. Add whatever liquid you prefer: water, milk, soy milk, your call. Throw in some extras to spice it up — maybe some cinnamon, apples or bananas, raisins, peanut butter — whatever makes you happy. You can even change up the extras and have a new “Oat Meal” every morning! The next day your oats will be ready to eat! Eat them cold. Throw them in the microwave. Take your jar to go. Voila!
