When Princeton introduced Concur, some of the benefits that they looked forward to experiencing included:

• A simpler way to book travel
• Quicker reimbursement, or possibly no need for the reimbursement process
• Information to support decisions
• Paper reduction

Princeton’s travel program manager cited Concur’s similarity to online travel booking sites that many people already use, as well as the ability for users to store commonly needed information in their profile. The ability to capture an image of a receipt in a phone app directly into Concur was also noted.
