4/30/24 – PSSP 2024 Summer RD Positions have been Filled.

The temporary full-time, live-in Resident Director (RD) position will manage multiple aspects of the PSSP residential portion of the program as well the PSSP RAs (Resident Advisors) through opportunities to engage in supervision, direct student support, crisis and conduct management, housing operations, and most aspects of a residential experience in an accelerated timeframe to assure a safe, enjoyable experience for the students. This supervisory position will have rotating responsibilities with other RDs, including office hours and on-call responsibilities, to successfully meet the needs of the students and adequately respond to potential crises, including physical and mental health crises.  

Required Qualifications: 

• MUST BE ABLE TO WORK AND LIVE ON CAMPUS THE ENTIRE TIMEFRAME OF THE PROGRAM: JUNE 9, 2024, through AUGUST 8, 2024.
• Bachelor’s degree required (May 2024 graduates may apply).
• One year or more of full-time experience working residence life in a college or university setting required.  
• Ability to work long and varied working hours, including nights, weekends and holidays (Juneteenth and Fourth of July) to support the program as part of a substantial on-call rotation.
