About PSSP:

Cornell University hosts several summer residential programs every year, including Cornell’s Pre-Collegiate Summer Scholars Program (PSSP). This program is an invitation-only 7-week program is designed to help over 200 first-year students from across Cornell’s colleges and schools prepare for the challenges of their first year as college students, and the best place to begin this preparation is on Cornell’s beautiful campus. PSSP Residential Team:

To best support the program, Cornell hires professional, graduate and seasonal (undergraduate) staff members into a variety of roles including, Resident Directors (RD), Resident Advisors (RA) as well as live-in Program Mentors (PM).
