It’s the last full week of National Nutrition Month ®! So much progress has been made over the past month. We should all be so proud of ourselves for the effort we put in!
Hopefully some of our goals have now become healthy habits that we will continue on past March. If you didn’t quite reach the goal you set for yourself, that is okay! Keep pushing and your goal will become a habit before you know!
Thank you for joining us for National Nutrition Month ® 2019! Your National Nutrition Month ® goals do not have to stay in March! Keep working on your goal as we move into April and carry them out throughout the rest of the year. Once your goal has become habit, challenge yourself a step further by setting a new goal for yourself.
