In recent years, Chia seeds have become a very popular addition to many people’s diets. Chia seeds have been traced back as early as 3500 BC, when it was cultivated as both a food source and as offerings to Aztec Gods during ancient religious ceremonies. Nowadays, it is considered a “superfood” due to its high nutritional value and various health benefits.

Chia Seeds are a great source of:

  • Omega-3 Fatty Acids
