New App for Tracking Community Programs Helps Shelters Better Represent Their Services

ShelterLuv has released a new mobile app to help field services and outreach programs track their points of care. The App is map-based, easy to use, and tracks data that helps organizations in planning, reporting, and future grant proposals. Many of these services can be missed in traditional shelter software programs that are geared towards intake and outcome data, rather than points of service.

Most shelters are still using paper or spreadsheets to track these important services that are outside the standard shelters services of intakes and outcomes. Examples of services include pet food delivery, TNR, wellness clinics, dog house provision, and other educational points of care that prevent animals from entering the shelter system.

Shelters do not need to use the entire shelter software platform  ShelterLuv to use the app, but if they do it interfaces with their shelter software program as well.

There is an On-Demand Webinar on how the program works; additionally, the customer service is excellent.
