Cecilia Chiang

I recently saw this New York Times article about the death of Chinese restaurateur Cecilia Chiang (I think you have to click on the image) and if I’m not mistaken, she is one of the people Lucas Sin brought up during his time speaking to our class. After hearing about her unfortunate passing, I looked up more about her life and influence in the food world and realized just how much of an impact she left on this country and the way Chinese food is viewed in America.
