The presence of AI “bots” in Zoom meetings can not only be unwanted and distracting, but might also expose host and attendee data and Personal Identifiable Information (PII) to vendors and others.
As with unwanted human intruders who “zoombomb” meetings, there are steps that Zoom meeting hosts can take to prevent unwanted bots as well.
*Be aware that anyone who has the full link that contains the encrypted passcode can join your meeting—so do not share a meeting link publicly, particularly on public websites and social media.*
