Keep Zoom Meetings Secure

Many of you have most likely heard about “Zoom Bombing” on the news by now.  The FBI is warning us about reports of people intruding on Zoom calls with pornographic or hate images.

New Default: Screen Sharing Set to Host Only
Due to this issue, the default setting for screen sharing in Zoom meetings was changed by Zoom from being available for all attendees to being restricted to host only.  This was a global change to all Zoom customers.  Zoom made this change to reduce the impact of uninvited and unwanted individuals joining Zoom meetings.

When you do need someone other than the host to share their screen, it can be changed within an active meeting by going to the advanced sharing options.
