Phishing E-mail Alerts and Education

Phishing attacks are on the rise during this time so I apologize for the amount of e-mail warnings you have and will receive from me.  Be wary of e-mails you receive in your Inbox.  When in doubt, you can always forward them to Christi or me at wsbnit@cornell.edu and security-services@cornell.edu to check the legitimacy.

To view all known phishing e-mails going around the Cornell system, please visit:  https://it.cornell.edu/phish-bowl

The listing of verified communications from Cornell are listed at: https://it.cornell.edu/verified-cornell-communications (Cornell login required to access this page)

If you haven’t already, please take the time to learn more about how to identity phishing e-mails.  See more information at https://blogs.cornell.edu/wsbnit/phishing-education/.  Identifying phishing e-mails will not only help protect you with your Cornell account but also for any personal e-mail accounts you use.
