Skype for Business is a text, audio and video messaging system which is installed on all computers, as part of the Microsoft Office Suite.
Zoom is great for meetings but when you want to do quick instant messages and conversations, Skype is fantastic. It can help cut down on the amount of e-mails and text messages and it also allows folks to check in with each other and ask questions quickly and easily.
I find it very helpful when I need quick questions answered and also for those “watercooler” type check-ins with co-workers.
