Scheduling a Zoom Meeting
- Log in on Cornell’s Zoom homepage
- Click “Meetings” on the menu, then click “Schedule a New Meeting”
- Enter the relevant information in the appropriate fields, select your meeting options, then click “Save” at the bottom of the screen
- The next screen will give you options to add the meeting to various calendar apps, including Google, Outlook, and Yahoo Calendars. There will also be an invitation available to send to participants.
- You may start the meeting, edit meeting preferences, or delete them meeting by clicking on the icons at the bottom of the screen
