Login to course evaluations and click Edit next to the Evaluation title:

From the pop-up window, choose Add Instructor Section:

From the instructor listing, you can remove an instructor by unchecking the box next to their name:

For Rotation Courses

For rotation courses, the clinical service chief manages clinical course evaluations. To update personnel listings, contact professional services cvm-profservices@cornell.edu.
