If you have students who are taking a test in different time zone, the test becomes available and ends based on our time here in New York.  So, for example, if you set a test to be active between 8AM-9AM, then in Hong Kong it will be active at exactly the same time– which is 9PM-10PM there. If you want a test to be active 8AM-9AM in Hong Kong, in eTest set it to be active between 7PM-8PM the previous day.
