Formatting License Numbers for RACE credits
Attending an event or online course that asks for your license number in order to track your CE?
Learn how to submit the proper license number formatting for your state.
Unfortunately, improperly formatted license numbers will not be accepted by RACE for CE credit.
INSTRUCTIONS: find the row that includes your state/province of licensure and your profession. See the License Format column that is applicable to you. Enter your license number, according to that format, in the “License Number (Required for RACE)” text box on the registration page.
For example, a veterinarian licensed in New York would enter their license number like: 002484. (For NY State ONLY, zeros are added to make the number a total of six digits)
Please do not include additional text (for example: NYS 002484) unless it is specified in the License Format column (for example: a Vet Tech from Alaska would enter their license as: VETT268).
