Option 1:

• Log on through the CourseEval homepage
• Click on “Faculty Log On”
• Authenticate with CUWebLogin
• Select Create a New Evaluation or Change an Existing Evaluation

• Logon through the student web site
• Select the Faculty Tab and then select Class Lists.

• Authenticate with CUWebLogin
• Choose your course

• Click on “Course Evaluations”

• Click on “Faculty Log On”
• Select Create a New Evaluation or Change an Existing Evaluation
