Reminder. You have not yet filled in your response to [course_name]. This evaluation will close [close_date]. Please be sure to sibmit response before then. Faculty review carefully your comments and reflect on your suggestions. Please be both honest and respectful.

Message sent to primary faculty one week prior to the comprehensive final course evaluation launching:

A Comprehensive Course Evaluation for [course_name] has been generated and will be available to your students beginning [open_date]. In addition to the core course questions, the following instructors will be evaluated:

-[list_of_evaluation_instructors]

You may add faculty, add supplemenary questions, or change the activation date of this evaluation up until [day_before_open_date]. Do this by logging in (http://students.vet.cornell.edu/ceapp) and clicking “Create a New Evaluation”; click [course_name]; click “Edit Evaluation”. Or by sending your revisions to Julie Powell (jp266@cornell.edu).

Message sent to students the Wednesday before a clinical rotation closes:

Dear [student_name],

Your rotation evaluation for [rotation_name] is available now through next wednesday. Your instructoes read and value your feedback, thank you for taking the time to fill it in.

NOTE: your evaluation is completely anonymous; responses are compile quarterly and instructors cannot view the responses until: 1) all grades for the block have been submitted; 2) at least 10 students have responded.
