Our first Descriptive Analysis panel of the fall involved testing various types of Matcha for a commercial client. Matcha is a finely ground powder made from green tea leaves which originated in China and is now mainly produced in Japan. Our expert panelists got to learn the traditional method of preparation and provided valuable information and feedback to help this particular client develop and improve their product.
