I thought the Meet and Greet was a fun event and a great way to meet some of the house fellows.  Not only did I meet some cool and interesting people, but the event was also great practice for networking.  At first, the speed dating structure seemed strange, but it definitely allowed us to talk to a lot of different people, and I ended up having some awesome conversations with some of the house fellows.  Unfortunately, we were not able to talk to everyone because there was not enough time, but it was still a great experience.  After attending this event, I am really excited to be a part of the Rose Scholars Program and for a great year!
