This is a web site to supplement Employment Law: Cases and Materials (Carolina Academic Press 7th ed. 2022). This is not an update service and you should not rely on it as a source of current information. Instead, this is a site intended to provide users of Employment Law with important new cases and materials, as well as links to core and illustrative employment statutes. The files available on the site can be easily downloaded in a format for use by students in class.

How to Use This Site

The Home button will take you back to the initial screen.

The Contact Us button will take you to a screen which will permit you to contact the publisher and/or authors by e-mail.

The Table of Contents–Updates button will take you to a table of contents for the book. Within the table of contents, we have inserted cases and materials you may want to use for that section of the book. If you click on the file name, you will be taken to a screen which will permit you to review the file and/or download it so you can use it in your class.

The Statutes button will take you to links to employment-law statutes. The statutes are arranged by Parts of the casebook.
