Two weeks into National Nutrition Month ®! What goals have you conquered?
My goal is to get at least 30 minutes of exercise at least five days out of the week. Join me with your own fitness goal! Here are some ideas of how to get in your thirty minutes! I’m tracking my goals on this calendar. Check out how I’ve been tackling my goal this week:
I didn’t quite reach my goal this week. I only reached four days of exercise rather than five. BUT that is okay! A new week means a new chance to reach my goal. Another goal is to increase how many fruits and vegetables I am eating. Check out some of my meals from the week! What do yours look like?
