• Large bag of 1.5 mL Eppendorf® tubes (at least 100 tubes)
• 8 Eppendorf® tube racks
• 8 micropipettors (20-200 µL)
• 8 micropipettors (100-1000 µL)
• 8 boxes yellow micropipette tips
• 8 boxes blue micropipette tips
• 1 thermometer
• 1 box sterile pestles (4 pestles per team of 2 students)
• 1 empty box for used pestles
• 1 dry bath for 1.5 mL Eppendorf® tubes, with blocks
• 6 microfuges
• 4 tubes of each (per team of 2 students):
  • PBS Buffer
  • Proteinase K
  • Buffer AL
  • Ethanol

• Empty tube rack to ship DNA extractions back to CIBT on ice, along with PCR products
• 40 spin columns
