** Embryology & Incubation

Teachers – CCE Oneida County has a great teaching curriculum for use in your classroom. The 4-H Incredible Egg curriculum is designed for students in 4th and 5th grade. This is an excellent, hands-on, experiential way to teach your students egg embryology. The 4-H Incredible Egg school enrichment program offers both classroom lessons and egg hatching. Incubators are available for checkout from the Herkimer County 4-H Office. Contact Jennifer Collins for more information.

4-H families – 4-H has curriculum available for incubating and hatching poultry for your backyard flock and 4-H poultry project.  Incubators are available for checkout from the Herkimer County 4-H Office. Contact Jennifer Collins for more information.
