Funding

Tudorita Tumbar has received several million-dollar grants from the National Institute of Health (NIH)- National Institute of Arthritis and Musculoskeletal and Skin Diseases, and from New York Stem Cell Foundation (NYSTEM). Members of the Tumbar lab have been funded by NIH Doctoral Training grants, Human Science Frontier Post-doctoral Fellowship, grants from Cornell Verge, and Training grants from the governments of Spain, South Korea, and Japan.

Tudorita Tumbar is a fellow of the prestigious Life Sciences Research Foundation, HHMI (January 2001-2004)
