CCE Dairy Specialists plan to offer a dairy Feeder School Program in early November 2022. It will be a 1-day program, potentially offered in Spanish and English, and it will take place on farm with participants rotating through various stations.
This type of program was offered in the North Country in 2017 and covered topics such as: rumen physiology, bunk management, TMR audits and troubleshooting mixer wagons, packing density, and safety considerations.
