This program intends to discuss Business Planning and Marketing, Processing and Milk Quality, and Marketing and Audits. It is focused on farmers or anyone interested in understanding better what it takes to process and sell their dairy products.
The sessions will be offered on Wednesday evenings from 6 pm to 7 pm, beginning May 25th.
