Attention livestock producers!
Cornell researchers, Dr. Todd Schmit and Matt LeRoux, received funding from the USDA to research direct-to-consumer sales of locally-raised meat sold by-the-cut, and help improve the marketing returns for small- and medium-sized livestock farms in New York state.
Participating NY farms must sell meat by-the-cut at farmers markets, farm stores, and online. Click here to apply to participate in the project:
