1/7/11 Update
The following are the highlights of the schedule for January 10 – 15:
- Monday, January 10 — Reoccupy public computer area across from the Reference Desk.
- Tuesday, January 11 – Wednesday, January 12 — Close Reference Reading Room on the north side of the first floor.
- Wednesday, January 12 — Disassemble entrance scaffolding.
- Wednesday, January 12 – Thursday, January 13 — Tile installation – entrance lobby.
- Thursday, January 12 – Friday, January 14 — Reoccupy Café (Café will reopen on Monday, January 17).
- Thursday, January 13 — Install temporary barriers – Reference Reading Room.
- Thursday, January 13 — Fire alarm test (approx. 8 – 8:30 am). All new alarms will sound, including those just installed on the first floor. There will be a warning in advance that it is a test. Do not evacuate the building.
- Thursday, January 13 — Reoccupy Circulation Offices (115 & 116) and reopen desk service.
- Friday, January 14 — Close Reference Desk and rooms 104 and 105. Relocate reference service to Circulation Desk.
