Schedule for 1st and 5th floor staff, services and operations (see 1st floor phases below)
- 12/14: Open 5th floor stacks
- 12/15: Olin/Uris Admin and R&LS staff move back to 106
- 12/16: Café closes at noon
- 12/16: Staff move back to 501
- 12/17: Front entrance closes/temporary entrance on north side opens
- 12/17: Photographer taking pre-construction photographs of 1st floor public and staff spaces
- 12/17: Staff temporarily move to 218 and 110 west and 701
- 12/20: 18 public computers relocated to north side (reference reading room) and public computing area on south side closes
- 12/20: Circulation Desk and Offices (115 and 116) close and operations relocate to Uris except for minimal circulation services at Olin Reference Desk and discharging in Olin B42 Collection Maintenance office

- 7B – Circulation Desk Area and Offices (115 + 116) – Dec. 20, 2010 – Jan. 13, 2011
- 7C – Reference Desk Area (104 and 105) – Jan. 14 – 26, 2011
- 8A – Information Commons (public computers) Dec. 17, 2010 – Jan. 11, 2011
