Managing Your Intentions for 2019

Take some time to contemplate how you can efficiently reflect on and move forward with your intentions or resolutions for 2019. We will talk about why your wants are important, practice putting yourself first and learn some techniques to coach yourself to successful behaviors.

Networking is all about saying yes to possibilities. These can be possibilities external to the area in which you work, or internal to people on your own org chart. Whether internal or externally focused, the key ingredient to successful networking is to first of all ask questions and listen; this opens many doors.

Pat has served as Executive Director of Campus Life Enterprise Services since 2014. A member of the leadership team for the Division of Student and Campus Life, Pat provides leadership and direction for the areas of housing, dining, conference services, community center operations, The Cornell Store along with its distribution center, Cornell digital print services, and CLES Marketing and Communications. She came to Cornell as Director of The Cornell Store in 2011, after almost 40 years as a retail professional in corporate America.
