This policy applies to any tickets purchased at CornellConcerts.com
The purchased ticket is good only for the event and seat/section for which it is issued and is not transferable. The ticket is a limited revocable license and may be revoked and admission refunded at the sole discretion of the sponsoring organization. Cornell University and/or the sponsoring organization reserves the right, without refund of any portion of the ticket price, to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed disorderly or fails to comply with the terms and conditions contained herein.
The sponsoring organization restricts the resale of their ticket(s) for higher than face value (plus fees) plus the greater of 10% of the ticket price or $5.00. Tickets purchased or obtained from CornellConcerts.com may not be resold or given away as part of a package (i.e. “Purchase [item A] and receive this ticket free.”). Unauthorized or unlawful distribution, resale or attempted resale is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be lost, stolen or counterfeit, and if so are void. The ticket cannot be replaced if lost, destroyed or stolen. BY COMPLETING THE PURCHASE, YOU ARE AGREEING TO ABIDE BY THE TICKET PURCHASE POLICY.
Cornell University and/or the sponsoring organization are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged property. With the exception of approved media, any recording devices (included still photography, video, and/or audio) are prohibited inside the venue. Smoking is prohibited inside all buildings.
In the event of cancellation, refunds will be available for three weeks only. Refund information will be available at CornellConcerts.com. If event is postponed and rescheduled for another date within three (3) months of scheduled date, the ticket shall be valid for the rescheduled date, and refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
The ticket is not subject to any refund (unless show is cancelled, as outlined above) and shall bear no cash value. If issued complimentary, the ticket shall not be exchangeable. No refunds or exchanges, except as provided herein. Event date & time subject to change. All rights reserved.

All tickets for these events are electronic tickets. The unique bar code on each ticket allows only one entry to the event. The first copy of an E-Ticket (if there are multiple copies made) to arrive at the event will gain entry after scanning and validation. Other copies of the ticket will be denied entry.
Note that any sales of tickets to these events at locations other than this site (i.e. on-line auction sites) cannot be verified as authentic tickets. The sponsoring organization and/or venue will not be responsible for fraudulent sales, and/or the illegal duplication/sale of E-Tickets. PLEASE BE VERY CAUTIOUS IF SOMEONE OFFERS TO SELL YOU AN E-TICKET – IT HAS NO OFFICIAL RESALE VALUE, AND MAY BE AN UNAUTHORIZED COPY.
