Walk A "Monday Mile" Led by Someone Special This Monday, add some start power to your Monday Mile Walk. Invite a special guest to lead the way. Your group will love the chance to talk while they walk.Have you considered physical movement and exercise an important part of a mindfulness practice? Research shows that moving your body can help with stress relief and provide you with time to gather your thoughts. The Move It Monday National Campaign has put together a walk together with someone special – you could gather a friend for a social distance walk or get creative with your special guest through a podcast. You could also search for that special guest through a You Tube video or an audible book – the most important piece of the Move It Monday Mile Walk is to spend time recharging yourself and reflecting.
