Strawberries: Leaves are curled, rolled, or crinkled.

  • Leaves are curled upwards (not completely rolled), plants may be stunted
  • Leaves are rolled up into tubes
  • Leaves are curled downwards, especially in young plantings
  • The entire plant is twisted, and leaves are curled, regardless of leaf age
  • Expanding leaves are crinkled, and crack underneath when pulled
  • New leaves (only) emerging from the crown are crinkled, deformed, and stunted
