I will be following up with some rough economics. One thing I will say now is that the some of wheat growing regions of the country are in extreme drought. This has affected demand for lightweight calves for grazing wheat. NY sends a lot of cattle west for grazing. If you have the ability to winter these light weights inexpensively, this may be an opportunity.
