Anyone interested in learning more about marketing their beef cattle is welcome to attend the next “Chautauqua County Beef Producers Meeting”. This marketing presentation will be held on Tuesday, August 19, 2014 at 6:30 PM at the Frank Bratt Agricultural Center, 3542 Turner Road, in Jamestown.
The guest speaker will be Blaine Winger, who is employed with three major branded beef programs including C.A.B. (Certified Angus Beef) – Ohio, Creekstone Farms – Kansas, and River Ranches Beef – Colorado. Mr. Winger has experience in managing ranching operations in Oklahoma, Texas, Colorado, and Kansas. He is currently the Regional Marketing Manager for United Producers, Inc. (UPI) and Keystone Beef Marketing Network (KBMN).
Mr. Winger will discuss new marketing opportunities available with United Producers, Inc. (UPI) and Keystone Beef Marketing Network (KBMN). His presentation will include information on how these organizations operate and why marketing cattle with them offers producers a new and guaranteed marketing arrangement.
