Congratulations Class of 2012!

A total of 16 Agricultural Sciences students graduated this past Sunday, May 27, 2012. It was another record class for our growing major. We wish each of you the best! Don’t forget to stay in touch!

Future scholarship funds to support major

Marcia Stofman Morton ’61 donated $750,000 to create new scholarships for Ag Sciences students. The gift is a bequest and will be realized in the future. More information about the gift was featured in this week’s Cornell Chronicle.

Barely on campus yet, Agricultural Sciences major and first-year student, Abigail Woughter is already making headlines in a recent Cornell Chronicle article–congrats! Woughter will join her 31 fellow new first-year and transfer students in an orientation event on Monday, August 22.

Toni named first Richard C. Call Director of Agricultural Sciences

In another Cornell Chronicle news update on the major, Toni was officially recognized as the first named director by the University Board of Trustees.
