The third in a series of articles describing the use of commercial microcomputer programs in breweries. The concept of a computer spreadsheet program is described. Two applications of a spreadsheet program to technical calculations (brewhouse yield and alcohol, original gravity. real extract, real degree of fermentation, and calories) are given.
